Chase Berger of PSU tied the game at 4-all on a goal with 1:32 left in the third period.

Cooper Marody had a goal and two assists for the Wolverines and Dexter Dancs two goals while Jack LaFontaine stopped 49 shots. Peyton Jones had 31 stops for PSU.

Wisconsin 4, St. Lawrence 2: Wyatt Kalynuk had a goal and an assist as the No. 5 Badgers beat the visiting Saints. Seamus Malone's power-play goal for Wisconsin at 14:42 of the second period broke a 2-all tie. Kyle Hayton had 17 saves for the Badgers, Arthur Brey 36 for St. Lawrence.

Ohio State 5, Robert Morris 3: Tanner Laczynski and Matthew Weis each had a goal and two assists as the Buckeyes beat the visiting Colonials, who took a 2-0 lead 11:45 into the game.

Michigan State 4, Lake Superior State 3: Jake Smith scored late in the second period and Logan Lambdin early in the third to put the host Spartans ahead 4-0.

Notre Dame 5, Omaha 4: The Irish scored four goals in the second period to take a 5-3 lead and held on to edge the visiting Mavericks. Colin Theisen had two goals for Notre Dame, Ryan Galt two for Omaha

Colorado College 2, North Dakota 1: Mason Bergh and Nick Halloran scored goals and Alex Leclerc made 26 saves as the Tigers upset the No. 4 Fighting Hawks in Colorado Springs. Shane Gersich had an unassisted goal for UND, which fell behind 2-0, with 30 seconds left in the middle period.

Minnesota Duluth 2, Maine 1: Riley Tufte scored 46 seconds into the game and Jade Miller at 11:03 of the third as the No. 10 Bulldogs beat the host Black Bears in nonconference.
