Former Olson CEO Kevin DiLorenzo on Wednesday joined independent advertising agency Barrie D'Rozario Murphy as partner and president.

To reflect the previous departure of David Murphy, the agency renamed itself Barrie D'Rozario DiLorenzo (BD'D).

"We've been looking for a perfect third partner for about a year now," said Stuart D'Rozario, CEO and chief creative officer of BD'D. "Kevin's depth of experience along with his strategic and business smarts will make him a great asset for all of our clients."

DiLorenzo was president and CEO at Olson for 10 years and helped it become one of the nation's largest independent agencies. "I couldn't be more excited about what's next for me," said DiLorenzo, who left Olson as CEO a year ago.

BD'D's client list includes Dell, Lands' End, United Airlines, UnitedHealth Group and Best Buy.
