Veteran cornerback Tye Hill agreed to a one-year contract with the Tennessee Titans on Tuesday, a day after visiting the Vikings. ESPN first reported that Hill had decided to accept the Titans' offer.

Hill spent Monday evening weighing his options and in the end decided his best opportunity was in Tennessee. The 15th overall pick in 2006 by St. Louis, Hill spent his first three seasons with the Rams before being traded to Atlanta for a seventh-round selection shortly before the 2009 season.

He played in eight games and started three times for the Falcons, finishing with seven tackles and one interception. He was released by Atlanta in the middle of this month.
