The Toro Co., Bloomington, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 30 cents per share, payable on July 12 to shareholders of record on June 21.
It is Toro's seventh consecutive year of annual dividend growth and the 128th consecutive quarterly dividend.
Valspar Corp., Minneapolis, declared a quarterly dividend of 33 cents per share, payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on June 1.
Valspar has increased its dividend for 38 consecutive years.
