G&K and Cintas to close deal Tuesday
G&K Services Inc., Minnetonka, said it has received approval from U.S. and Canadian regulatory officials for its previously announced merger with Cincinnati-based Cintas Corp.
The company expects the $2.2 billion deal between the two laundry and uniform supply companies to close Tuesday.
