In addition, BioDrain Medical has installed trial units for surgical procedures at Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care Inc., a surgical facility.

Graco Inc., Minneapolis, declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per common share, an increase from 22.5 cents, payable Feb. 6, 2013, to shareholders of record on Jan. 22. The company has about 60.7 million shares outstanding.
