Good afternoon. It appears as if the flu's running through the room. Antti Miettinen was hit with H1N1. Then, Kim Johnsson got a stomach flu. Now it sounds like Cal Clutterbuck's been hit with something.

I got an email last night from a reader at the game that saw Clutterbuck get sick down the runway. I did see him come back from somewhere in the third period. He missed practice today and his appearance on XM and NHL Network's NHL Live was scrapped. He was replaced with Greg Zanon for an entertaining interview.

If the Wild's got a bug going through the room, that should make for an interesting road trip coming up. The players will be around each other 24/7.

But according to Rachel Blount, who covered practice today, coach Todd Richards said he anticipates that everybody that was available for last night's game will be available for Friday's against Anaheim.

The Wild had an optional, low-key practice today, according to Rachel.

Rachel will be covering Friday's game against Anaheim and I'll be back with you Saturday from Nashville as the Wild opens a five-game trip against the Predators.

Wild's 4-0-1 in the past 5, 8-3-3 in the past 14. It's six points from eighth now, and in 13th in the West -- highest position since Game 2 of the season.

Just an update on the new blog format, couple changes you may have noticed and should be noticing in the near future, according to the in-house folks at the Strib:

1. The commenting system has been revamped, meaning there should no longer be delays and comments should all be on one page.

2. And this is the big one, We're in the process of changing the design and display of the blog fronts. We'll now show the entire blog post. It will mimic the old blog experience and make the blog fronts much more visual.

Any feedback once the changes are all in place, please feel free to let me know. But these will hopefully be significant improvements, so if you've taken your blog conversation elsewhere, come back and give us a try.
