Atmosphere Commercial Interiors, Minneapolis, named Carlene Wilson president and chief executive. Wilson joined the company in 2016 and was co-owner of the Dallas-based Steelcase dealership, BKM Total Office of Texas.

Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, St. Paul, named Patrice O'Leary associate vice president of family services. O'Leary was a senior director and serves on the board for AspireMN and Rural Minnesota CEP.
Gateway Bank, Mendota Heights, named Becky Durand assistant vice president business banking. Durand joined the bank in 2003 as an associate and was promoted to business banking officer. Gateway Bank also named Elisa Dabruzzi assistant vice president commercial lending.

United Bankers' Bank, Bloomington, named John Beerling vice president, international business development. Beerling held leadership positions for U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo.
Salo, Minneapolis, named Brooke Baker talent acquisition lead. Baker worked for Regis Corp., Target and Stinson Leonard Street.

Association of Gospel Rescue Missions (AGRM) named Charles Morgan to the board. Morgan is chief executive of Union Gospel Mission Twin Cities and served as an officer for AGRM's Heartland District.
Honors
Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) Minnesota Chapter gave Aaron Barnard the Robert P. Boblett Award. Barnard is a senior director for Cushman & Wakefield and named 2018 president of SIOR Foundation.
GTS Educational Events, St. Paul, gave Jessica Parker the Individual Leadership Award. Parker is project and services director for Minnesota IT Services at Minnesota Pollution Control Agency.
