Securian Financial Group, St. Paul, named Sid Gandhi chief strategy and enterprise technology officer. Gandhi was chief strategy and customer engagement officer and serves on the board for Visit St. Paul.

Kraus-Anderson Insurance, Burnsville, named Kathy Dircz vice president of surety. Dircz was manager of surety, a department she created in 1992. Kraus-Anderson Insurance also named Amy Burns manager. Burns was vice president of surety for Wells Fargo.

On the move

Newmark Knight Frank named Brent Erickson senior managing director and Erik Ordway associate director. Erickson and Ordway worked for Cushman & Wakefield/Northmarq.

PreferredOne, Golden Valley, named Stacy Mays chief operating officer. Mays was transformation executive for the University of North Carolina Health System. PreferredOne also named Pete Roverud vice president of strategy and development. Roverud joined PreferredOne in 2011 as director of competitive intelligence and was promoted to director of market strategy in 2012.

Padilla, Minneapolis, named Mike Garrison vice president, insights and strategy. Garrison was vice president and lead consumer strategist for Iconoculture and was senior manager of brand research and consumer insights for Nickelodeon.

Knutson Construction, St. Louis Park, named Doug McCoy project executive. McCoy was a project manager and senior project manager for Mortenson. Knutson Construction also named Dan Anderson assistant project manager.

Dircz

Friends of St. Paul College Foundation named David Kline executive director. Kline was development and communication director for the International Wolf Center and worked for Intellectual Takeout, Dunwoody College of Technology, Northern Star Council and Target Corp.

Honors

Construction Lawyers Society of America named Janet Stellpflug a fellow. Stellpflug is an attorney at DeWitt Mackall Crounse & Moore in Minneapolis.

St. Paul Area Chamber of Commerce named Sarah Crumrine, Minnesota Council of Nonprofits; Adam Jarvi, NewStudio Architecture; Tené Morgan, Aeon; Miya Sharpe, 3M and Lindsay Weier, Minnesota Wild as Young Professional of the Year finalists.
