Moving up

Prime Therapeutics, Eagan, named Dave Overman chief operating officer. Overman was president and chief operating officer for Children's Minnesota and worked for Express Scripts, Synet Service Corp. and Prudential Home Mortgage. Prime Therapeutics also named Erin Feigal senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Feigal joined the company in 2013 and most recently was vice president of human resources.

Nexus: Youth and Family Solutions, Plymouth, named Michelle Murray chief clinical officer. Murray joined Nexus in 2010 as director of clinical services and was a director for Adelphoi Village/Northern Tier Children's Home.

HDR named Amy Williams managing principal of the Minneapolis studio and associate director of architecture for the Western region. Williams joined HDR in 2013 and was the managing principal of the Los Angeles studio.

On the move

Tennant Co., Golden Valley, named Jeff Cotter senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Cotter was vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for G&K Services.

Equus Holdings, Edina, named Rick Green president. Green worked for Range Systems, McKinsey & Co., Emerson and Nationwide Electric.

Vercon, Menahga, Minn., named Kevin Stangel vice president of construction operations. Stangel was vice president of operations for Rice Lake Contracting and was president of construction for Nor-Son.

Meritex Co., Minneapolis, named Ray Kivett chief investment officer. Kivett worked for American Realty Advisors, Ridge Property Trust and Prudential Real Estate Investors.

TKDA, St. Paul, named Larry Poppler Jr. municipal engineering group manager in St. Paul. Poppler was a city engineer for Prior Lake.

Honors

Vistage Minnesota gave Nick Hackworthy the Impact Award. Hackworthy is chief executive of Creative Home.

Minnesota Retailers Association, St. Paul, named Brooke Borg Retail Employee of the Year. Borg is an employee at 36 Lyn Refuel Station.
