Outsell, Minneapolis, named Guy Super vice president of sales. Super previously was director of territory sales and worked for Dominion Enterprises, Autobase and Village Automotive Group.

JT Mega Food Advertising, St. Louis Park, named Don Mullen vice president, media director. Mullen joined the company in 2010 as media director and worked for Colle+McVoy, Martin Williams and Fallon.

Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named Kim Bundich bank manager lead. Bundich was vice president, bank manager for the Snelling office.

YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities named Karen Larson chief financial officer. Larson was the national chief financial officer for the Arthritis Foundation and worked for the Star Tribune.

Mairs & Power, St. Paul, named Bob Thompson assistant vice president and fixed income portfolio manager. Thompson was vice president, corporate bonds at Advantus Capital Management and worked for Thrivent Financial.

Coulee Bank named Paul Way St. Paul market president. Way was a senior vice president at Infinia Bank and serves on the board for Resource.

Calabrio, Minneapolis, named Rebecca Martin vice president of marketing. Martin was director of integrated marketing at Code42 and worked for Trissential and Oracle.
