Think Mutual Bank, Rochester, named Eileen Oliver senior vice president and chief technology officer. Oliver has been with Think for more than 20 years and has 29 years of experience in the banking industry.
Flagship Bank, Wayzata, named Andrew Schornack president. Schornack was vice president and serves on the board. He is a graduate from the University of Minnesota and received his master's degree from the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas.
Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named Jim Collins director of commercial and private banking. Collins was the director of business banking and joined Anchor in 2004. Anchor Bank also named Arleen Sullivan director of community banking. Sullivan has more than 26 years of banking experience and is on the advisory council for CaringBridge.

BMO Harris Bank named Ehren McGeehan senior vice president, regional manager, Minnesota business banking. McGeehan held leadership positions at U.S. Bank and has more than 14 years of finance industry experience.
Barnes & Thornburg named Connie Lahn partner in the finance, insolvency and restructuring department. Lahn was a shareholder at Fafinski Mark & Johnson and served as chair of the firm's bankruptcy and insolvency group. She is a graduate of St. Cloud State University and received a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law.
