Re/Max Results, Eden Prairie, named Jake Eider director of training. Eider was project coordinator for Re/Max Results and is a hockey official for the Minnesota State High School League. Re/Max Results also named Jon Wright project manager.

StoneArch, Minneapolis, named Katie Uphus director of operations. Uphus was director of production and joined StoneArch in 2005. She serves on the board for House of Charity. StoneArch also named Sue Katula content director.

HomeServices of America, Minneapolis, named Jim Lamphere vice president of title and escrow services. Lamphere was president of Nebraska Land Title & Abstract. He received a law degree from William Mitchell College of Law and is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College.
