Gabriel deGrood Bendt, Minneapolis, a marketing services agency specializing in brand strategy and communications, promoted Katie Warren to president. Warren came to GdB as director of strategy after three years at Supervalu Inc. as vice president of brand marketing. Before that, Katie spent years at Campbell Mithun and then Br&nd Innovators, a Campbell Mithun company.

On the move

MAP for Nonprofits, St. Paul, hired Karen Graham as director of technology and innovation. Before joining MAP, Graham was director of business development at Thedatabank Inc. Also, Curtis Griesel was hired as a consultant on its technology services team.

Video Guidance, Bloomington, a strategic visual communications company, hired Adam Anderson as senior account manager. Anderson was previously with Cisco Systems Inc.

Knutson Construction Services Rochester Inc. hired Joe McNeil as project engineer. Joe is a recent graduate of Minnesota State University at Mankato.

Awards
