A Brooklyn Park attorney was suspended indefinitely Thursday for professional misconduct by the Minnesota Supreme Court.
Luke Enno, 35, failed to comply with the terms of private probation and with the disciplinary investigation of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility, which filed the complaint against him last year, the court said.
He can be reinstated after successful completion of the professional responsibility portion of the state bar examination and continuing legal education requirements.
