Another band of Jersey boys are headed to St. Paul. Bon Jovi has announced an April 7 date at Xcel Energy Center, which is fresh from last week's two-night stand by fellow Garden State heroes Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band. There are open dates on either side of the April 7 show to allow for a second date with Jon and Richie and the gang. Additional shows have already been tacked on in Montreal and Toronto, part of their tour's opening kickoff spin through Canada in mid-February.

Ticket info for St. Paul has not yet been announced, but many of the dates on the tour are slated to go on sale Nov. 30. Fan-club pre-sale starts today at 10 a.m., according to the band's website. Prices should be comparable to the Canadian tickets, which range from $28.75 and $41 on up to $113.50 and $177 in Montreal (U.S. dollars). Several different VIP packages are also offered on the band's site that range from the $199 Silver VIP to the $1475 Diamond VIP Experience, the latter of which includes a pre-show party, autographed poster, front-row seat, and -- get this -- even an official Bon Jovi Concert Chair.

The band is cutely titling its 2013 trek the Because We Can Tour. Its latest album, "What About Now," is slated for release in the spring. By summer, the group will be taking over stadiums, including Soldier Field in Chicago on July 14 and Met Life Stadium on its home turf July 24 and 25. The spring itinerary also includes an April 14 show at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.

Interestingly, the promoter behind Bon Jovi's whole tour is AEG Live, which also runs Target Center in Minneapolis. The Timberwolves have a home game on April 6, however -- which might be a clue as to when the second gig would be added at the X.
