The parent company of Eagan-based Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is creating a new health brand for its investments in strategic partnerships and new business ventures.
Called Stella, the business will manage the company's current investments in start-ups such as RetraceHealth and Treehouse Health, plus new investments.
The creation of Stella will not impact Blue Cross health plans or benefits, which won't see changes in operations and oversight.
