Fake money has been showing up in Rochester, Winona, Austin, Albert Lea and other southern Minnesota towns recently. Rochester Police Captain Brain Winters tells the Post Bulletin that four arrests over the weekend could be connected to the counterfeit bills.
Police say they found about $20,000 in phony $20 bills during while making the arrests.
