Like they've done all postseason, the Houston Aeros put together a rally en route to victory -- this time in Game 1 of the Calder Cup Finals with three third-period goals to take a 3-1 win from Binghamton.

The Aeros' victory snapped the Baby Sens' eight-game road win streak which dated to April 14.

Veteran Jed Ortmeyer, signed by the Wild on Jan. 1, scored two goals and Warren Peters, who played in last year's Finals with Dallas' AHL affiliate, Texas, added an empty-netter. Colton Gillies had two assists. Matt Hackett made 23 saves for the always-stingy Aeros.

Robyn Lehner made 38 saves for Binghamton.
