'How to Use a Knife'

Stew. Goulash. Melting pot. All of those kitchen-based metaphors for America apply to Will Snider's edgy and profane comedy, which revolves around a chef struggling to stay sober. Chef George just happens to work in a kitchen that represents some of America's rich diversity, including an East African dishwasher and Guatemalan line cooks. All of these characters have interesting back stories. Jesca Prudencio brings the comedy to a boil with a cast that includes Ansa Akyea, Raúl Ramos and Zach Myers.
