The most interesting occurrance during Friday's rush hour was a truck carrying a house that stalled out and blocked a lane on northbound Hwy. 100 at France Avenue in Brooklyn Center. That incident around 6 a.m. became somewhat of a tourist attraction for southbound motorists who slowed to take a look. Certainly not something you see every day.

The flow was fast otherwise as light levels of traffic kept things moving. A handful of crashes and a stall around 6:30 in the HOT lane led to minor delays on I-394.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 drivers got caught in a jam near County Road 14 a little before 7 a.m. That was a short-lived hang up.

Overall the drive didn't generate a whole lot of news, and that is always a good thing.

This weekend, we've got a couple big closures and lots of road work to navigate around. I'll have the complete run down posted here in just a little bit.
