A multi-vehicle wreck on the right shoulder of westbound 494 has traffic tied up starting at I-35W in Richfield.
Crosstown is not a good alternate as congestion and a crash at 28th Avenue is bogging things down. It's 18 minutes from 28th over to Hwy. 169. Westbound Crosstown crawls along from Hwy. 169 over 35W. That is 16 minutes.
A wreck on westbound 94 at LaSalle Avenue has cleared, but things are still heavy duty from Huron Blvd. to the tunnel.
Eastbound 94 is about 6 minutes from Olson Hwy. to 35W.
Northbound 35W is 20 minutes from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
