Congestion has subsided on just about every mainline freeway and highway, and traffic is moving at or just under the posted speeds.
One exception is southbound 494 from the Fish Lake Interchange to just north of Rockford Road. The State Patrol and a MnDOT FIrst Unit are attending to a crash on the right shoulder at the railroad bridge.
Drivers on northbound 35W will likely lose some speed from Lake Street into downtown Minneapolis due to heavy traffic. Still, not a bad commute for those heading into work at this hour.
