Most routes are getting back to normal, but 94 and 35W approaching downtown Minneapolis remain packed.
It's 10 to 12 minutes on northbound 35W from Crosstown to 11th Avenue.
Look for brake lights to come on on eastbound 94 approaching the Lowry Hill Tunnel over to 35W. Westbound traffic slows from Cedar Avenue over to 35W.
Stoplights still out on Hiawatha Avenue at 32nd Street and 26th Street.
Our tightest traffic is on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue over to Hwy. 100. Westbound Crosstown remains busy from 35W over to Hwy. 100. That is 12 minutes.
