Eastbound 394 continues to crawl from Hwy. 100 past an earlier accident at Penn Avenue. That's also slowing traffic on northbound Hwy. 100 from 50th Street. Northbound Hwy. 100 also has a stall near Hwy. 7 on the right shoulder.
Northbound 94 is dealing a crash at Dowling Avenue.
Westbound 494 bogs down at Cedar Avenue due to a crash on the right shoulder ahead at 12th Avenue in Bloomington.
Look for a stall in the right lane on the Mendota Bridge. It's westbound. Traffic is slow from Hwy .110.
