8:15 a.m. update: Fender bender on Hwy. 169

It's our second fender bender of the morning on northbound Hwy. 169 at the Bloomington Ferry Bridge. This one is on the right shoulder near Old Shakopee Road. Traffic is slow County Road 18. It's 14 minutes from there up to 494.
