The State Patrol is on the scene of a vehicle that went into the ditch on eastbound 694 at Hwy. 10. Traffic is backed up to Central Avenue.

The State Patrol is on the scene of a vehicle that went into the ditch on eastbound 694 at 35W. Traffic is backed up to Central Avenue.

There also is a report of stall blocking a lane just west of Hwy. 10.
