MnDOT has repaired the malfunctioning traffic lights on Hwy. 101 at Diamond Lake Road in Rogers, and that is helping the bottleneck to loosen up. There are still minor delays coming down from County Road 36.

It's not the lights but heavy traffic that is causing the delays on northbound Cedar Avenue. It's now 25 minutes from McAndrews Road up to the Crosstown.

Once on the Crosstown, things trudge along from 28th Avenue to 35W for westbound drivers. Eastbound drivers will lose speed from Hwy. 169 over 35W. Plan on 10 to 14 minutes in either direction.

The lineup on southbound 35E begins at Tart Lake Road and stays firmly in place past a crash at County 96. It's 30 minutes to reach downtown St. Paul.

A bit of better news for southbound 494 drivers. The rollover at Bass Lake Road has cleared. It's 12 to 15 minutes down to 394.

Southbound Hwy. 100 has hit the skids. Heavy traffic and the rain have made the trip from I-94 to the Crosstown at 36 minutes.
