That accident that has blocked the left lane on southbound 35E at County Road 96 has finally cleared, but traffic remains heavy coming down from County Road J. It's still 30 minutes to reach downtown St. Paul.
On southbound 35W, it's quite busy from Hwy. 280 to University Avenue. That's also creating a backup on westbound Hwy. 36 from Dale Street to Hwy. 280. Plan on 15 minutes from the 280/36 interchange to reach downtown Minneapolis.
You'll find congestion on westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100 and on eastbound 394 from Hwy. 169 to Wirth Pkwy.
