In the past few minutes, MnDOT has opened all lanes of westbound 694 at 35W. It has been reduced to a single lane while crews waited for sealant put down overnight to dry.
The damage has been done, however, as traffic comes to a crawl at Labore Road. This will take a while to shake loose.
