The left shoulder of eastbound 394 at Hopkins Crossroad is blocked with a crash. Plan on 15 minutes from 494 to downtown Minneapolis.
Traffic is erratic on northbound 35W in the area of 60th Street. A MnDOT crew is on the way to remove a rubber piece sticking up from an expansion joint in the right lane. They are harmless, but drivers see the object and are swerving around it.
The same story is unfolding on westbound 494 at the Wakota Bridge. That has traffic creeping along from Bailey Road.
