With Hwy. 41 and Hwy. 101 closed over the Minnesota Bridge, traffic has diverted to Hwy. 169 and 35W to cross the river. The result, heavy traffic on both routes adding time to the drive. Northbound 169 is packed from County 18 to Anderson Lakes Pkwy.
Northbound 35W is dealing with a crash at Burnsville Pkwy on the right shoulder. All lanes are back open, but things are crammed from County 42 up to Black Dog Road.
Southbound 169 is barely moving from 77th Avenue to Bass Lake Road where a crash resides on the right shoulder.
That is it for major delays. Minor pockets of congestion can be found on westbound 94 from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul and southbound 35W from Lexington to County Road 96.
