The left lane remains closed on southbound Hwy. 169 at 49th Avenue, and the result is a traffic jam that extends back to 77th Avenue in Brooklyn Park. That is now a good 20 to 25 minutes to get past there.
It is just as bad on westbound 694 where delays now begin at Silver Lake Road. It's 20 to 25 minutes to get over to Hwy. 100 where all lanes are open. Eastbound drivers are enjoying the wide open lanes, but expect closures to being there this week.
A crash on southbound 35E at Little Canada Road is off to the right shoulder. The biggest hangups are ahead at Roselawn Avenue to 94.
Northwest metro drivers on eastbound 94, southbound Hwy. 252 and westbound Hwy. 610 are also experiencing slower than normal conditions.
