The trip north from the southern suburbs is becoming quite a chore, whether you're on Cedar Avenue or 35W.
On 35W, crashes at Hwy. 13 and another at 94th Street where a vehicle is facing the wrong way in the left lane has traffic tangled from Burnsville through south Bloomington. The good news is that north of that, 35W flows well and it's only 25 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
Cedar Avenue shows no signs of improving with crashes still hindering traffic at Crosstown and Cliff Road.
Look for a new crash on southbound Hwy. 169 at 63rd Avenue in Brooklyn Park. That's got things locked up in the immediate area.
Westbound Hwy. 36 is dealing with a crash at Fairview Avenue, so plan on extra time coming in from Dale Street.
