Crashes have subsided for the time being after a busy half hour between 7 and 7:30 a.m. Now it's just the typical congestion that is slowing traffic.
Northbound Cedar Avenue is very thick from 35E up to 494. Things loosen north of 494, but be ready for a ramp jam getting onto westbound Crosstown.
In Woodbury, a stalled truck that lost a wheel is the reason for the very slow drive from County Road 71 to Century Avenue. Ahead, look for congestion from White Bear Avenue to 35E. That is 15 minutes.
Northbound 35W suffers due to an earlier crash at 35th Street. Be ready to hit the brakes at 46th Street.
