Commuters in the south metro have had a relatively smooth commute as the action in terms of accidents and congestion have been confined to the north metro.

Drivers on northbound 35W will run into the usual minor slow downs between Hwy. 13 and 98th Street, but nothing that will add more than a minute or to the drive.

In the north metro, rollovers and spinouts have hampered the drive. Congestion is much worse too.

Here are the current hotspots:
Crash on southbound 100 at Excelsior Blvd on the right shoulder. It's 20 minutes from 94 to Hwy. 7.

Eastbound 94 at Cedar Avenue in Minneapolis. It's 10 minutes from Olson Hwy. to 280.

Northbound 169 at County 81. The rollover is leading to a gawker slow down in the southbound lanes. It's 23 minutes from 610 to Crosstown.

A vehicle landed in the ditch on the ramp from Hwy. 610 to southbound 252.

Eastbound 94 suffers from a stall at the Fish Lake Interchange and lingering delays due to an earlier spinout at Hemlock Lane. Plan on 20 minutes from Weaver Lake Road to Hwy. 100.

Westbound 94 has a stalled vehicle at the 694/494 interchange in Woodbury. It's 26 minutes from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul.
