Traffic is crawling on southbound 35E from Tart Lake Road down to County Road 96. Plan on 15 minutes from Main Street to 694.
Look for a crash on northbound 35 near 195th Street in Lakeville.
On westbound Hwy. 36, prepare for on and off slowdowns from 35E to 35W. The right shoulder is blocked with a crash at Lexington Avenue.
Southbound 35W is inching along from 95th Avenue to 694. That is now 15 to 18 minutes.
Westbound 494 is jamming up from Hwy. 169 to 35W. That drive is 10 minutes.
