Damp roads and fog don't seem to be having too much of an impact on the morning drive. Traffic is moving at or near the posted speeds in most places.

One exception is on southbound 35E from County 14 past a crash at County Road J.

The usual line is in place on southbound 94 heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel. It's 10 minutes from Olson Hwy. over to Hwy. 280.

Northbound 35E has pockets of slow and go traffic from Wagon Wheel Trail into downtown St. Paul. It's 14 minutes from Lone Oak Road up to downtown St. Paul.

It's 27 minutes from Manning Avenue to Hwy .280 due to heavy traffic heading into downtown St. Paul.

No major issues on southbound 100 or 169 from the northern suburbs down to the Crosstown. That is only a 15 minute drive.

The crash on westbound Hwy. 36 at Snelling isn't causing much of a delay, but be ready to lay off the gas pedal from Lexington Avenue past the scene.
