A rollover wreck at France Avenue has traffic bound up on the Crosstown. It's now about 20 minutes from Hwy. 169 over to 35W. Westbound traffic slows from 35W to Tracy Avenue. That's 11 minutes.
On northbound 35W, the wreckage associated with crashes at 42nd Street and 31st Street have been moved out of the traffic lanes. However, it's packed from 46th Street to downtown Minneapolis.
Westbound 694 is creeping along from Silver Lake Road past the scene of a fender bender at Hwy. 100.
It's a stall blocking northbound Hwy. 169 at 109th Avenue in Champlin.
