Traffic on northbound Hwy. 169 is bunching up at Bass Lake Road due to a nasty crash involving a minivan and semitrailer truck ahead at 63rd Avenue. Early reports indicate that the minivan went under the semi and landed in the right ditch. Fellow motorists have stopped on the right shoulder to help.
Southbound onlookers are jamming traffic coming down from 77th Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
