Heavy traffic and the rain are leading to slow downs on a number of routes.

Look for 10 to 12 minutes for drivers on northbound Hwy. 169 from Canterbury Road to 494.

Northbound 35W bunches up around Hwy. 13. It's 15 minutes from County Road 42 up to the Crosstown.

Northbound Cedar is moving okay from McAndrews Road to Crosstown. That is at 11 to 13 minutes.

The Bloomington strip is still fine, but look for building levels between Hwy. 100 and Portland Avenue.

Eastbound Hwy. 212 bogs down at Hwy. 101 and that is making for a 12 to 15-minute trip from Powers Blvd. over to 494.

On eastbound 94, it's 19 minutes from the Crow River to the Fish Lake Split in Maple Grove.

Southbound 35W drivers will feel the squeeze from Lake Drive to 694 and ahead from Stinson Blvd. to downtown Minneapolis. A crash at Hennepin Avenue is helping to slow down traffic. It's 26 minutes from Lexington Avenue to downtown.

In the east, drivers on northbound Hwy. 52 and Hwy. 61 won't encounter any difficulties. On 94, things jam from White Bear Avenue to Marion Street. That is 15 minutes.
