Motorists coming south on Hwy. 169 will find delays beginnng at 109th Avenue in Champlin. Ahead there is a crash at 85th Avenue. 24 minutes down to Hwy. 55.
It's about as bad on southbound 35E due to a rolled over semi on the northbound lanes at Goose Lake Road. It's the old gawker slow down that has traffic inching along from County Road J. It's 50 minutes from the Forest Lake Split do downtown St. Paul.
