All lanes of southbound 94 are closed at 394 to allow crews to remove a semitrailer truck that crashed through a concrete median on the east end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
The ramp from eastbound 394 to 94 also is closed.
A tow truck is currently on the scene. The plan is to lift the truck, which was heading west, over the wall, then tow it up the freeway to the Broadway Avenue exit, according to a MnDOT spokesman.
For now, traffic is stacked up to Broadway. Traffic on eastbound 394 slows at Penn Avenue.
On westbound 94, things come to a halt at 35W.
On northbound 35W, the ramp to westbound 94 is at a standstill.
