A stalled vehicle on the right shoulder of southbound I-35W at County Road C was just hauled away, and all lanes are back open. The incident has left a backup in its wake, so expect sluggish traffic from County Road I to Hwy. 280. That trip is 10 to 13 minutes.
A secondary incident may be in the log jam forming from County E2 to County 96.
