The misery-o-meter is getting into the red zone for commuters on northbound 35W through Lakeville, Burnsville and Bloomington. Traffic is at a crawl now from prior to County Road 42 up to 94th Street. That trip is already at 20 to 24 minutes.

Northbound 169 drivers are sharing the pain. It seems like we have more folks crossing the Minnesota River at Hwy. 101 today, and that has the road jammed from Canterbury Road up to Anderson Lakes Pkwy. Plan on 20 minutes for that drive.

It's calm as can be for drivers on eastbound 94 from the Crow River to the Maple Grove split.

Meanwhile, only minor patches of slow and go traffic are impacting commuters in the north metro on 35W and 35E heading into either downtowns.

Westbound 94 slows at Hwy. 61 in St. Paul, but before that the normal line up has yet to form.
