The picnic is over on southbound 35W as traffic levels are picking up from Lake Drive down to I-694. That is now at 17 minutes.
In the south metro, look for crowding on northbound 35W from County Road 42 up to 98th Street. Drivers in Lakeville will encounter a brief delay in the vicinity of County Road 60 due to congestion.
A crash in the right lane of northbound Hwy. 52 at Plato Blvd. has created a backup back to Eaton in St. Paul.
On the Hwy. 169 watch, the trip from County Road 18 up to 494 is about 17 minutes.
In Minneapolis, look for the intersection of 25th and James Avenues N. to be blocked as crews respond to a gas leak in the area.
