The first problem of the morning comes in the form of a stalled vehicle on southbound 35W at 60th Street. Drivers will see brake lights come on just south of Diamond Lake Road.
In White Bear Lake, levels are picking up on southbound 35E from County Road J to County Road 96. That's adding just a couple minutes to the drive.
The usual tight conditions are developing on southbound 35W from Lake Drive to I-694. That is about a 6-minute trip.
In the south metro, northbound I-35 is stacking up approaching County Road 50, with slow conditions beginning at County Road 70 in Lakeville.
