The problem spot this morning is on northbound Hwy. 169 from County Road 18 to Old Shakopee Road where the highway is reduced to a single lane. Expect big delays through the work zone. It's 15 minutes from Canterbuyr Road up to 494 at the present.
Look out for a stall blocking on westbound Crosstown just before France Avenue in Edina.
Levels are starting to build on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 down to 694. Still, it's only 10 minutes from Lake Drive down to Hwy. 280.
Most routes continue to move at or near the posted speeds at this hour.
