5:55 a.m. update: So much for hassle free

Two vehicles are on the left shoulder at County Road 96 in Arden Hills. Traffic is starting to get heavy in the immediate area.

That didn't take long. Just after telling drivers they'd experience a hassle-free drive to work, an accident popped up on southbound 35W.

Two vehicles are on the left shoulder at County Road 96 in Arden Hills. Traffic is starting to get heavy in the immediate area.
