Major highways and freeways are wet and slick in places due to the early morning storm that felled trees and knocked out power all across the Twin Cities.

That's led to debris in the roads, including on eastbound 94 at Cretin Avenue.

A tanker truck slid off the ramp from westbound I-494 to westbound Hwy. 212/Hwy. 5 in Eden Prairie.

The right shoulder is blocked on northbound 35W near Burnsville Pkwy. with a crash in the right lane.

Flash flooding on southbound I-35W may have led to an accident in which a vehicle slid under a tanker truck.

The vehicle became wedged under the tanker and poked a hole in the truck. Word is the truck was hauling thousands of gallons of diesel fuel and it is leaking, said Jason Atnry of the Regional Transportation Management Center.

There is no word of injuries. The right two lanes are closed.
